Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Production Director


  • Ensure that food hygiene and safety protocols and workplace health and safety policies and procedure are meticulously followed and intervene in the case of non-compliance

  • Manage discipline 

  • Ensure that production processes are strictly followed and intervene when they are not

  • Work closely with the chef

  • Track production standard compliance

  • Monitor production losses

  • Schedule staff

  • Train and evaluate staff 

  • Maintain good relationships within the team

  • Apply and enforce company policies and procedures

  • Produce reports related to performance indicators



  • High school diploma

  • Bilingualism (English and French / oral and written),

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in personnel supervision and management in an industrial/manufacturing environment, especially in a kitchen (asset)
