Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO


  • Foster and maintain excellent relations with customers, analyze their needs and propose solutions tailored to their requirements

  • Develop strategies and improve operational efficiency

  • Create a positive work environment in which employee contributions are recognized

  • Promote suitable products and services

  • Take appropriate measures to solve problems effectively

  • Achieve productivity goals 

  • Provide training and active support to employees through positive leadership

  • Produce and analyze reports to ensure the performance and efficiency of the department

  • Communicate proactively with customers, handle complaints and follow up

  • Standardize customer service procedures and ensure rules are enforced and obeyed

  • Evaluate customer service efficiency using performance indicators and report to management on a weekly basis

  • Maintain active communication among all team members and assist the management team with any operational changes

  • Manage new projects and implement systems 




  • High school diploma

  • French and/or English spoken and written

  • Very good knowledge of social media: Facebook, Instagram

  • 3 years’ experience in a call center, including 1 year as a supervisor or manager




  • Flexibility and ability to work in a quickly changing environment

  • Highly developed problem-solving capacity

  • Customer focus, positive attitude 

  • Experience in implementing improvement and management tools (an asset)
